Light golden, yellow colour. Light clean and fresh, with a hint of sea salt, almonds and spice notes. Characteristically peaty, with fruit and spicy overtones. A very sweet finish. Soft, malty, oily, slowly developing a slight island dryness and saltiness. A lovely aperitif.
