35%, Ireland, Irish Mist Liqueur Company Ltd Blended with Irish whiskey flavoured with honey and aromatic spices, Irish Mist is a liqueur with a devoted following.
BOXING HARES
35%, Scotland Boxing Hares from Whiskey Union (Diageo's experimental whisky crew) sits somewhere between whisky and beer. To make it, they infuse Scotch whisky with the sorts of hops you'd find in your favourite IPA beers, along with a touch of sugar. Those hares on the label do look pretty ready for a scrap...
YOICHI
45% The latest Yoichi single malt will replace both the previous NAS release and the remaining age statement whiskies. The change comes as demand continues to stretch Nikka's aged stock, with this new Yoichi Single Malt (made of whiskies of various ages) aimed at representing this special distillery's direct-coal-heated, peated yet fruity style.
HIBIKI
43% A delicious blend of malt and grain whiskies and one of japans most awarded blends, It contains the rare Mizanara (Japanese oak) sherry cask malt whiskies as well as American oak malt whiskies.
SLYRS
3 years old, Bavaria, 43% The Slyrs distillery, founded in 1999, produces this first and only upper Bavarian whisky. The whisky is aged for three years in new, unused American white oak barrels with a 50-gallon capacity. A full-creamy nose, with vanilla and fruits. A malty palate, with hints of mocha-chocolate.
CROWN ROYAL
40% Created to celebrate the visit of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth of England to Canada in 1939. Medium amber colour. Soft aromas of sugarcane, caramel, oak and English toffee. Satiny smooth and complex. Subtle lift of lemon icing, rye and soft sweet honey.
CANADIAN CLUB Small Batch
40% Brilliant dark amber color. Aromas and flavors of maple sugar, light molasses, chocolate nuts, and hint of sherry with a silky, soft, dry-yet-fruity medium body and an effortless, interesting, medium-long crème brûlée, spiced nuts, honey butter, and minerals finish. A very supple and approachable Canadian whisky with great balance and drinkability.
CANADIAN CLUB
40% The Canadian Club distillery was founded in 1858 by Hiram Walker. Still made and bottled in Canada. It is the only Canadian whiskey that is blended prior to aging. Nose of mash and cream. Flavours of cola, smoke, grain and caramel. Aftertaste of orange rind and toffee.
WOODFORD RESERVE
45% The mash bill for Woodford Reserve features a high percentage of rye: 72% corn, 18% rye and 10% malt. Unusual also for being triple distilled and having the lowest proof upon entering the barrel where it matures for at least six years. A must-have Kentucky bourbon. Makes a wonderful Old-Fashioned cocktail!
WILD TURKEY Rare Breed
50.5% The Wild Turkey Rare Breed bottle has received a little bit of a redesign, it has! The shape is the same as before, but the label is new and shiny, as is the presentation tube (with focus on the 'shiny' bit). Rare Breed is Wild Turkey's barrel proof expression, and it now sits at a slightly-higher-than-previous-batches ABV of 56.4%.
WILD TURKEY 101
50.5% This bottling of Wild Turkey has been aged for at least 6 years before coming out of the barrel at 109 proof, it is only diluted slightly before bottling at 101 proof with plenty of pep.
SOUTHERN COMFORT
35% A very popular liqueur first made in 1874. Southern Comfort is made with whiskey, peaches, herbs and spices.
PENNY PACKER
40% PennyPacker is a good value Bourbon with all sorts of very American items on the label, like the American flag, American pennies and a particularly honest American President.
JIM BEAM
40% Jim Beam bourbon undergoes distillation at lower temperatures and is distilled to no more than 62.5%, the White label is aged for four years and has quite a high percentage of rye in the mash bill.
JACK DANIEL’S Single Barrel
40% Rye whiskey from Jack Daniel's - no, you're not imagining it! Their first new grain recipe in 150 years is a tasty rye, made with 70% rye, 18% corn and 12% malted barley. What's more, this rye is drawn from single barrels.
JACK DANIEL’S Gentleman Jack
40% A premium version of Jack Daniel's Tennessee whiskey, Gentleman Jack exhibits impressive complexity and flavour. The main difference is that it enjoys a 'double mellowing' as it's filtered through charcoal both before being filled into the barrel (the Lincoln County Process) and before it's bottled. Certainly good enough to enjoy on its own.

40% A top-selling bottling from the Jack Daniel distillery, the mash bill is made up of 80% corn, 12% rye and 8% malt. The spirit is filtered through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal to produce a mellow, slightly smoky character, thus making it Tennessee whiskey...
HUXLEY
42% - North America,Canada,Scotland A very interesting release from the Whiskey Union team - Huxley Rare Genus is an Atlantic Ocean-spanning expression, made with a blend of whiskey from America, Canada and Scotland! The name is a reference to Thomas Henry Huxley, a 19th century biologist and anatomist, and the label features a mobsprey – a mythical combination of some sort of bird, wildcat and moose.
FOUR ROSES
42% A brand that dates back to the late 19th century. This Yellow Label bottling of Four Roses was released for the European and Japanese markets and is made up of whiskeys aged between 5 and 6 years of age.
ELIJAH CRAIG 12
47% Elijah Craig was named for a reverend who lived in Virginia. He kept a warehouse where he stored barrels and one day experienced a devastating fire. He used the charred casks regardless and found they imparted a lovely character. This is a great 12 Year Old small batch bourbon, named in his honour.
BULLEIT Bourbon
45% Enjoy Bulleit bourbon like the Americans do! Previously it has been bottled at 40% abv for the EU-market, but now you can get the Frontier Whiskey at 45% abv, just like they have in Kentucky. A stunning bourbon that won a Gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2012.

40% - not available at the moment Pale amber colour. Caramel, roasted nuts, and roasted grain aromas. A quick soft entry leads to a dryish, glycerous medium body of toffee, peppery spice, and nut flavours. Finishes with a caramelized grain and mineral fade with a touch of peppery alcohol.
SMOKY GOAT
40% Smoky Goat is a wonderfully-titled blended Scotch whisky from Whiskey Union (Diageo's experimental whisky umbrella) made with the desire to perfectly balance intense peaty elements with full-bodied sweetness. The goat on the label looks particularly blasé. Smoky Goat is a Blended Scotch combining whisky of three styles; Sweet Grain, Highland Malt creating the body and character of the blend, and Islay whisky providing the Smoke.
JOHNNIE WALKER Red Label
40% A full-flavoured Scotch that is a blend of Highland malt and Lowland grain whiskies. Originally blended in 1909 for the new Scotch drinker who drank their Scotch with ice, water, soda or in a variety of cocktails. Flavour has pronounced iodine, seaweed presence. Soft peaty finish.
JOHNNIE WALKER Black Label
40% The salty thumbprint of Talisker is identifiable from the moment of pouring. Deep amber colour, darker, smokier and more complex than most other blended Scotch whiskies. Salty, high octane nose. Medium-bodied, smooth, slightly salty flavour. Peaty with overtones of apple, grape and malt.
J&B
40% - not available at the moment Made from 42 different whiskies. Very pale colour. Fruity nose with anise and liquorice, flavours of ripe fruit, malt and sweet corn. Medium-long finish. A light, easy to drink Scotch. Speyide malt whiskies provide a fruity, fresh quality. A subtle, smooth and complex flavour.
GRANT’S
40% Finished in specially selected first fill Bourbon casks, creating an outstanding, full-bodied Scotch whisky experience of exceptional richness. A mix of vanilla, honey and spice and a long, soothing finish. A clean aroma and a sweetish fruity edge. Rich and multi-layered.
FAMOUS GROUSE
40% The Famous Grouse Whisky was first distilled in 1896 and is named after the Red Grouse, Scotland’s national game bird. Delicate and floral on the nose. Deceptively rich and full. Fruity, with a touch of smoke. Brittle toffee and spices, along with a hint of grain.
DRAMBUIE
40%, Scotland, The Drambuie Liqueur Company Limited Drambuie is an extraordinary blend of aged Scotch whisky, heather honey, spices and herbs. It is a unique spirit that offers drinkers an extraordinary taste experience. Drambuie is a bright, deep golden colour, with the aromas of aged malt whisky combined with a mix of floral and herbal overtones and rich honey. The flavour provides a kaleidoscopic taste sensation, a complex arrangement of herbal, spicy, sweet and honey notes. It’s voluptuous, mellifluous and full bodied.
DIMPLE
40% The youngest whisky in this blend is 15 years of age. Dimple has a colour of dark amber and a Sherry cask influence. On the palate it is rich, creamy and buttery. Some honey, sweet caramel, woody oaky vanilla and warm spices add to the rich feeling.
DALWHINNIE Winters Gold
Highlands, 43% Dalwhinnie Winter's Gold is a 2015 addition to the Highland distillery's range inspired by the chilly climate up in the remote part of Scotland where their single malt Scotch whisky is distilled - as the label remarks, it was "Crafted by the Cold". It's made only with spirit that has been distilled between October and March, and, interestingly enough, they suggest that you try serving this expression frozen!
CHIVAS REGAL
43% A smooth, mellow-style Scotch with a little rich Speyside depth. A blend of 12 year old Scotch whiskies, each distilled twice in copper pot stills. Aromas of apricots, pears and heather. Smoky, peaty flavours. Finishes with flavours of vanilla and butterscotch that linger. 43%

Islay Whiskies, 55.7% A full bodied malt blend from some of Scotland best distilleries (Ardbeg, Caol Ila, Bowmore, Port Ellen) this is a limited edition cask strength bottle with wide complex flavours.
BLACK & WHITE
40% Famous for the Black & White Westie and Scottie dogs on the label. Contains 60-65% grain whiskies including Port Dundas and Cameronbridge. An elegant blend with a light dry smoothness, Black & White has a fresh, grassy flavour, which is complemented by a light sweetness.
TOMINTOUL 12
12 years old, Speyside, 40% A gentle 12 Year Old from the Tomintoul distillery. This was matured in Oloroso sherry casks.
TOMINTOUL 10
10 years old, Speyside, 40% A gentle 10 Year Old from the Speyside distillery, Tomintoul. This was introduced to their range in 2002, two years after the distillery was bought by Angus Dundee.
TOMATIN 14 Port Cask
14 years old, Highlands, 46% - not available at the moment The Tomatin 14 Year Old was introduced to the core range in 2014. It features Highland single malt matured in bourbon barrels as well as specially selected Port casks, imparting wine-like sweetness to the whisky.
TOMATIN 12
12 years old, Highlands, 43% In 2014, the Tomatin 12 Year Old was given an update and bottled at 43% ABV rather 40%, as it was previously. This core single malt from the ace distillery in the Highlands is finished for six-to-nine months in Oloroso sherry casks before being bottled.
THE SINGLETON OF DUFFTOWN 15
15 years old, Speyside, 40% Aromas of toffee, apples and honey. Warming, light and smooth. Fresh fruit salad, with spicy and floral top notes. Pears and digestive biscuits. Malt and cereal notes and some golden syrup sweetness. Matured in European and American oak casks.
THE SINGLETON OF DUFFTOWN 12
12 years old, Speyside, 43% ‘Perfectly Balanced, Naturally Rich and Smooth’ is the wording on the label, and it is the ideal summary of this striking malt. Matured in American oak casks and in former European Sherry butts and it is marrying the two that gives the whisky its perfectly balanced appeal.
THE MACALLAN
10 years old, Speyside, 40% Distilled in the heart of Speyside and aged 10 years in a unique combination of Bourbon and Sherry oak casks. Pale straw colour. Complex aromas with hints of fruit and heather honey. Soft texture with flavours of oak, fruit and malt. Lingering finish with notes of oak and fruit.
THE DALMORE
12 years old, Highlands, 40% This whisky is matured 50% in ex Bourbon barrels and 50% in ex Sherry butts. Meaty and hearty. Aromas of vanilla, Sherry and malt, with a hint of spices and dried fruits. Flavours of mandarin orange, jasmine and toffee. Silky texture and a long finish.
THE CRAIGNURE
10 years old, Isle of Mull, 40% Light golden, yellow colour. Light clean and fresh, with a hint of sea salt, almonds and spice notes. Characteristically peaty, with fruit and spicy overtones. A very sweet finish. Soft, malty, oily, slowly developing a slight island dryness and saltiness. A lovely aperitif.
THE ARRAN MALT 10
10 years old, Island, 46% Officially launched in 2006, this 10 Year Old lies at the heart of the Isle of Arran range and exudes all the honeyed richness we have come to associate with the island distillery.
TALISKER Storm
No age statement, Isle of Skye, 45.8% Talisker Storm is a new no age statement whisky released at the beginning of 2013. It offers up plenty of distillery character alongside some smokier depth and complexity.
TASLISKER Skye
No age statement, Isle of Skye, 45.8% Talisker Skye was introduced in early 2015, named after the beautiful island on which the distillery resides. This expression brings with it a more well-rounded and sweet flavour profile packed with fresh citrus, sweet smoke, peppery spice and traditional Talisker maritime notes. It's matured in a combination of refill and toasted American oak casks, with a slightly higher proportion of toasted casks. Perfect for those who perhaps find the classic Talisker flavour profile a bit too much, not to say that Talisker fans won't enjoy it too.
TALISKER Distillers Edition
No age statement, Isle of Skye, 45.8% A Distillers Edition bottling of single malt from the Talisker distillery on the rugged Isle of Skye. This was distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2016 after a finishing period in Amoroso casks.
TALISKER 10
10 years old, Isle of Skye, 45% From the only distillery on the Isle of Skye. Amber-red colour. Pungent, slightly smoky aroma. Full body. Smoky with distinctive peppery character. The taste explodes on the palate and has a huge, long finish. Hints of cherry and honey, spices and earthy peat.
SPRINGBANK 10
10 years old, Campbeltown, 46% A spirity nose and a slight acidity will wake up your nose. A hint of blue cheese leads your palate to cinnamon and the typical Springbank smoke that is very different from any other whisky smoke. Tropical fruit and faint hints of fairy floss come to the fore with the extended exposure to air.
SPEYBURN 10
10 years old, Speyside, 40% - not available at the moment This 10 Year Old single malt was a gold medal winner at the 2006 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. A classic from the Speyburn distillery.
SCAPA
16 years old, Orkney, 40% - not available at the moment From the lesser known of Orkney’s two surviving distilleries. The nose offers hints of butterscotch, bananas and custard. Rich, sweet and malty on the palate, with subtle spice and chocolate orange developing in the long, creamy finish. An elegant and sophisticated offering.
ROYAL LOCHNAGAR
12 years old, Highland, 40% The distillery uses a mix of Sherry butts and American Oak hogsheads. Features of light toffee on the nose and some green notes of freshly-sawn timber. The palate offers a complex blend of caramel, dry Sherry and spices, followed by liquorice.
OLD PULTENEY
12 years old, Highlands, 40% A coast malt produced by Scotland’s most notherly mainland distillery, in the fishing town of Wick. Complex, pleasingly fresh malt and floral notes, with a suggestion of pine, spices, fresh fruit, honey and salt and a touch of sherry. A nutty finish.
OLD BALLANTRUAN
No age statement, Speyside, 50% A heavily peated malt for a Speyside distillery, bottled at higher proof, Old Ballantruan is an unusually peated single malt from the Tomintoul distillery.
OBAN 14
14 years old, Highlands, 43% Pleasant aroma, with notes of chardonnay, peat, sturdy Highland malt, and a good whiff of the sea. A fairly dry but sparkly texture. The palate is salty and cerealy with honey and malt notes. Distinctly salty, notes of caramel. A lot of toffee and some warmth in the finish.
MILTONDUFF 10
10 years old, Speyside, 40% A Gordon and MacPhail bottling of Miltonduff aged for 10 years in sherry casks.
LOCH LOMOND 18
18 years old, Highlands, 43% - not available at the moment Rich and very fruity with mellow vanilla notes and intense oak, complemented by honey, mirabelle and pear. Light nose of leather and wood shavings. Matured in old oak casks. Hints of toasted granary bread with cereal notes, barley sweetness and biscuits.
LAPHROAIG 18
18 years old, Islay, 48% - not available at the moment Produced in limited amounts every year. Caramel with spices and seaweed, salt and intense peat smoke. A soft toffee sweet, faintly spicy flavour with hints of fruit and honey. Maritime notes of tar and brine. More complex and smooth than its 15 year old predecessor that it replaces.
LAPHROAIG Triple Wood
No age statement, Islay, 48% An incredible new release from Laphroaig. This was originally launched for the duty free market, and it is a tour de force from the Islay distillery. First off, they mature this in bourbon barrels, before transfer into quarter casks, and a third maturation in Oloroso sherry European oak butts. Astonishing with oodles of peat smoke and sweetness.
LAPHROAIG Quarter Cask
No age statement, Islay, 48% Double cask matured in American oak and small-sized new quarter casks, thus offering a more intense wood aroma. Nuances of sweet vanilla, coconut, banana, apple, kiwi and fresh butter. Long, smoky-spicy finish with hints of salty seaweed.
LAPHROAIG 10
10 years old, Islay, 40% Laphroaig, pronounced ‘La-froyg’. In making Laphroaig, malted barley is dried over a peat fire. The smoke from this peat, found only on Islay, along with the seaweed give Laphroaig its particularly rich flavour. Suprising sweetness with hints of salt and layers of peatiness.
LAGAVULIN 16
16 years old, Islay, 43% A much sought-after single malt with the massive peat-smoke that’s typical of southern Islay - but also offering a dryness that turns it into a truly interesting dram. Dry peat smoke fills the palate with a gentle but strong sweetness, followed by sea and salt with touches of wood.
KNOCKANDO 18
18 years old, Speyside, 43% A slowly matured whisky with smooth, complex layers of flowery, nutty, slightly smoky notes. Spicy with hints of vanilla, herbs and hazelnut. Fruity and creamy with citrus, berries, almond and caramel. Delicate, soft and fruity with tastes of roasted nuts and malt.
KNOCKANDO 12
12 years old, Speyside, 43% In Gaelic, Knockando (Cnoc-an-dhu) means `little black hillock’. Made with spring water from the Cardnach spring, which lies in the hills above the distillery. Time is a key element, as gentle maturation in oak casks reveal subtle aromas: delicate with a fresh almond note.
KILCHOMAN Machir Bay
No age statement, Islay, 46% Kilchoman's Machir Bay is an excellent single malt Scotch whisky from the isle of Islay. The distillers use whisky which has been matured in ex-bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry butts, resulting in a well-balanced flavour profile, with highlights of vanilla biscuits, light fruit and wafts of warm peat smoke. A top expression from Islay's farm distillery.
ISLE OF JURA Prophecy
No age statement, Jura, 46% Isle of Jura's Prophecy is made with a high proportion of rare peated single malt from the distillery.
ISLE OF JURA 16
16 years old, Jura, 43% With the smoothness of the 10 year-old allied to extra complexity from more ageing, this is a winner. A delicious and sophisticated dram with impressive depth and almost perfect weight. Sweet, dry and a dusty mouthfeel with melons, almonds and marzipan.
ISLE OF JURA 10
10 years old, Jura, 40% The only whisky made on Jura. Honey amber in colour, with a sweet, almost honey-like nose. Tastewise, Isle of Jury is very spicy, almost forceful. Light, dry nose with a hint of Sherry. Soft light body. Slightly sweet, salty flavour. The finish has a little malt and some saltiness.
THE ILEACH Cask Strength
No age statement, Islay, 58% A great Islay single malt from an unnamed distillery. The Ileach always scores well with the critics, this cask strength edition was awarded a mind-blowingly high 97 points by Jim Murray in his Whisky Bible. He describes it as easily being a whisky of the year contender.
THE ILEACH Peated Islay
No age statement, Islay, 40% The intensity of this whisky is overwhelming with only limited oak to offer complexity. A big Islay malt. Silky, malty. Herbal fruitiness and bitterness, and some pepper. Grassy and peaty. A seaweedy medicinal touch. Peaty, with that unmistakable breath of the seashore.
HIGHLAND PARK 12
12 years old, Highlands, 40% Imported from the Orkney Islands of Scotland - one of two northernmost distilleries. The nose is fragrant and floral, with hints of heather and some spice. Smooth and honeyed on the palate, with citric fruits, malt and distinctive tones of wood smoke in the finish.
GLENROTHES Select Reserve
No age statement, Speyside, 43% A non-vintage from the Glenrothes distillery, selected by the Glenrothes Malt Master, John Ramsay. Select Reserve is a great value for money single malt, it exhibits the wonderful spicy house style.
GLEN MORAY 16
16 years old, Speyside, 40% Reminiscent of dried fruit, perhaps figs and raisins, mixed with chocolate and a hint of leather and linseed oil. Sweet, full and exceptionally well-rounded. Gently oily and mouth-coating with chewy oak tannins, toffee and barley sugar, followed by a hint of smoke and peat.
GLEN MORAY 12
12 years old, Speyside, 40% Highland toffee, brambles and ginger marmalade. Mellow on the nose, with toffee, vanilla, honey, pear and some oak. Spicy malt, nuts and summer fruits. Slight hints of smoke. Dried apricots. A smooth, warming and rounded single malt with a blackcurrant and liquorice finish.
GLENMORANGIE Nectar D’Or
10 years old, Highlands, 46% Extra-matured in casks that previously held Sauternes wines. Honey gold in colour, with full-bodied and Sherry wine notes, and traces of honey flavours. The palate offers a citrus tang which gives way to warming ginger, nutty flavours and melting honeycomb.
GLENMORANGIE Quinta Ruban
10 years old, Highlands, 46% Christmas aromas of mandarins orange, chocolate and toasted nuts with lingering scents of nutmeg. The palate offers a swathe of rich chocolate enrobed walnuts that gives way to the lemony-rose jelly texture of Turkish delight. Lingering memories of dark minty chocolate.
GLENMORANGIE Lasanta
10 years old, Highlands, 46% 'Lasanta' means ‘warmth and passion’ in Gaelic. The full, sweet flavour typical of Spanish Sherry with sultanas, orange segments, walnuts and butter toffee. The bite of hazelnut tasted through a chocolate coating, spice notes and hints of leather add to a sense of richness.
GLENMORANGIE Original
10 years old, Highlands, 40% Single Malt Scotch from the Northern Highlands of Scotland. Produced in the tallest copper pot stills in Scotland since 1843. Glenmorangie has a pale amber colour and features notes of floral, mandarin and vanilla with hints of honey. Nutty, with well-mannered spices.

10 years old, Highlands, 40% A rare foreign market single malt from Invergordon distilleries the is a good one, and worth every dram.

A lot of the whisky in this is clearly much older than 15 years, this is a really sherried dram and we love it.

Having dropped the "Ten", Crested has now been relaunched internationally. The first Crested release came in 1963, with Jameson beginning to bottle their own whiskey (rather than selling to bonders) and it's known to have a healthy proportion of pot still whiskey as well as a high proportion of sherry casks used for maturation (bourbon barrels are also used)
JAMESON Caskmates
Midleton Distillery, 40% Jameson Caskmates is an intriguing release. Having sent some of their casks to the local craft stout brewers at Franciscan Well, the casks were returned to Midleton where they were subsequently used to give a stout finish to Jameson! We tasted it before it was available in the UK when we visited Cork just before St. Patrick's Day 2015, and we know that some of the fine folk at Irish Distillers were worried that it may be seen as a bit of a gimmick. Perhaps to an extent it is, but more importantly, it works – a worthwhile experiment that's produced a unique and interesting Irish whiskey.

And to be applauded is the fact that you wouldn’t notice the strength – some would have this at 43% or maybe 46% at a push. 14 years old, Tullamore Distillery, 41.5% A 14 Year Old, triple distilled Irish single malt whiskey from the Tullamore DEW range, which has been finished in bourbon, Port, Madeira and Oloroso sherry casks - an expression not often seen on these shores.
TIPPERARY 10
10 years old, Tipperary Distillery, 47% This is a 10 Year Old Irish single malt whiskey released by the Tipperary Boutique Distillery Company Ltd, boasting a name that honours the Knockmealdowns mountain range. Drawn from a handful of ex-bourbon casks, this is sweet and enjoyable creamy.

8 years old, The Quiet Man Irish Whiskey Co. Ltd., 40% Now that I am making my own whiskey, I am naming it after my father. As a bartender he saw a lot of things and heard a lot of stories, but like all good bartenders, he (…) told no tales. My father, John Mulgrew, “The Quiet Man”, or as they say in Ireland “An Fear Ciuin.” Sweet and crisp floral fragrances with notes of vanilla and oak. Hint of honey, warm vanilla and spicy oak, smooth finish.

12 years old, Walsh Whiskey Distillery, 43% It's the 2015 release of The Irishman 12 Year Old single malt Irish whiskey, matured exclusively in first-fill bourbon barrels. As ever for this yearly release, only 6,000 bottles were produced.

No age statement, Teeling Distillery, 46% Produced by the Teeling Whiskey Company, this is a delicious small-batch blend with a very high malt content. Interestingly enough, it's also been matured in rum casks for added spice.

No age statement, Teeling Distillery, 46% The eagerly anticipated Teeling Single Malt Irish Whiskey, made with 100% malt whiskeys. A selection of five wine-cask-finished-whiskeys were used for this release, including Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy and Cabernet Sauvignon. Exciting, delicious stuff from the Teeling chaps in Dublin.

No age statement, Teeling Distillery, 46% Irish single grain whiskey from Teeling! There are only an elite few Irish single grain whiskies out there at the moment, but Teeling went ahead and made theirs unique by maturing it in Californian Cabernet Sauvignon casks. Deliciously sweet with a good deal of spice and fruit hide within the Teeling Single Grain.
SEAMROG
10 years old, 40% The Seamróg Irish Whiskey is distilled in pot stills. Only hand-picked ex-Bourbon barrels from high-quality oak are used for the 10-year maturity. It is gentle on the palate, with nuances of honey, vanilla and fresh spice. 'Seamróg' or 'Shamrock' is the three-leaf clover, the inofficial Irish national symbol; it symbolizes St. Patrick and the Christian Holy Trinity.

15 years old, Midleton Distillery, 40% A beautiful pure pot still whiskey (or "single pot still" as it's now officially known). Redbreast 15 is a rich, thick, sweet, pungent whiskey with loads of flavour and complexity - really good stuff!

12 years old, Midleton Distillery, 57.2% Redbreast 12 Year Old Cask Strength Edition isn't simply the excellent Redbreast 12 Year Old bottled at a higher abv, the whiskeys used for each batch are specially selected for these superb natural cask strength releases. 12 years old, Midleton Distillery, 40% Pure Pot Still Whiskey, distilled and bottled in Midleton, Ireland. Triple distilled in heavy pot stills using malted and unmalted Irish barley combined with Irish spring water. Aged in oak barrels for a smooth, refined taste. Aromas of ginger cake, brazil nuts, treacle.
MAGILLIGAN 8
8 years old, Cooley Distillery, 43% - not available at the moment A Pure Pot Still matured in Bourbon and Sherry Casks. Aromas of malt and grain, boiled sweets. Light, nutty, dried peach, mixed herbs, turf and wood shavings. An elegant trace of citrus. Creamy, slightly smoky, with floral notes. A peppery and spicy, dry finish.
LOCKE‘S
8 years old, Cooley Distillery, 40% Malty nose, sweet and smooth at first with a full malty and spicy middle and a delightful honeyed sweetness. Rather oaky and peppery with notes of caramel and a certain fruitiness. Medium long finish, slightly drying but balanced, with notes of candy sugar and cooked apples.
KNAPPOGUE 16 Twin Wood
16 years old, Bushmills Distillery, 40% Twin Wood is a 16 Year Old single malt from the Kappague Castle range, which was initially matured in bourbon barrels before being transferred over to casks seasoned with Oloroso sherry for a finishing period. Very good value Irish whiskey, right here.
KNAPPOGUE CASTLE 14 Twin Wood
14 years old, Bushmills Distillery, 46% Irish single malt from the Knappogue Castle range, matured for 14 years in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks. If you've enjoyed the Knappogue Castle 12 Year Old but felt like it could do with a good helping of fruit notes at its core, this'll be a treat!
KNAPPOGUE CASTLE 12
12 years old, Bushmills Distillery, 40% - not available at the moment Distilled twice, one batch at a time, in copper pots. Lightly chill-filtered with no colouring added. Aged in Bourbon casks. Aromas of fruit and honey. Grassy with a touch of muesli, sweet almonds and juicy malt. The flavour is soft and clean with notes of honey, malt and fruit.
KILBEGGAN (GREENORE)
8 years old, Cooley Distillery, 40% Greenore has a taste of vanilla and honeyed sweetness that emanates from its many years of maturing in rum and Bourbon oak casks. Its silky smooth and robust character is a truly delightful experience to the discerning drinker. Only available in very limited quantities.
GLENDALOUGH Double Barrel
no age statement, Glendalough Distillery, 42% Glendalough Double Barrel Irish Whiskey is a single grain Irish whiskey, initially matured in American bourbon barrels before enjoying a finishing period of six months in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. This comes bottled at 42% ABV, brought down to this strength by Wicklow mountain water. A rather tasty release presented by Glendalough, rich in vanilla, caramel, Christmas spices and dried fruit notes.
CONNEMARA Turf Mór
no age statement, Cooley Distillery, 58.2% The Gaelic for Big Peat, Turf Mór is the peatiest expression of Connemara and the peatiest bottling of Irish whiskey in the world. The taste offers a sweet start with a gunpowder explosion of deep earthy peat on the tongue, lifting to a fresh cut grass spiciness.

10 years old, Cooley Distillery, 40% Smokey peatiness with hints of honey and oak. The taste is silky smooth with a honey sweet start, followed by more complex aromas of malt and fruit giving way to the intensifying full bodied peat. A well-balanced yet complex taste with vanilla oak notes.

10 years old, Midleton Distillery, 40% The whiskey takes it name from the Battle of Clontarf in 1014. Refined vanilla, caramel, dust, toasty wood and delicate spice flavours. A slight sweet palate with toffee, roasted nuts, wet hay, and brown spices. Finishes with a long, sweet caramel, wood, and spice fade.

21 years old, Bushmills Distillery, 40% An exquisite Irish whiskey, matured in a mixture of Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, before a two year marrying period spent in Madeira casks. Produced in limited numbers, each bottle is numbered.
