The Slyrs distillery, founded in 1999, produces this first and only upper Bavarian whisky. The whisky is aged for three years in new, unused American white oak barrels with a 50-gallon capacity. A full-creamy nose, with vanilla and fruits. A malty palate, with hints of mocha-chocolate.
