Pleasant aroma, with notes of chardonnay, peat, sturdy Highland malt, and a good whiff of the sea. A fairly dry but sparkly texture. The palate is salty and cerealy with honey and malt notes. Distinctly salty, notes of caramel. A lot of toffee and some warmth in the finish.
