Matured in three different types of casks – Sherry casks, traditional Bourbon casks and new oak casks. Full and fruity nose, with delicate honey and vanilla notes. Flavours of fruit, gentle spice and a touch of oakiness. Well mannered in the mouth, malty, elegant and soft.
