The gaelic name ‘cardhu’ means ‘black rock’. Cardhu is malt smoothness in a bottle – hints of nutmeg and black pepper imbibing the creamy golden toffee. Smooth, light to medium, mellow flavour. Malty sweetness and a hint of peat. Long, lingering and sweet finish.
