This whisky is matured 50% in ex Bourbon barrels and 50% in ex Sherry butts. Meaty and hearty. Aromas of vanilla, Sherry and malt, with a hint of spices and dried fruits. Flavours of mandarin orange, jasmine and toffee. Silky texture and a long finish.
