Produced in limited amounts every year. Caramel with spices and seaweed, salt and intense peat smoke. A soft toffee sweet, faintly spicy flavour with hints of fruit and honey. Maritime notes of tar and brine. More complex and smooth than its 15 year old predecessor that it replaces.
