The only whisky made on Jura. Honey amber in colour, with a sweet, almost honey-like nose. Tastewise, Isle of Jury is very spicy, almost forceful. Light, dry nose with a hint of Sherry. Soft light body. Slightly sweet, salty flavour. The finish has a little malt and some saltiness.
