Gentle northern Highlands malt with a light taste and fruity sweet aroma. Hint of heather and honey. Gold colour. Firm, slightly oily body. Long and warming in the finish, with ginger, oak and Sherry, plus cough lozenges and lingering toffee. Very long finish.
